Waivers must be on file prior to using attractions No outside food, dessert or drinks are allowed No gifts, decorations, birthday cakes, or party supplies allowed without a party reservation Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian Firearms, outside alcohol, or drugs of any kind (including marijuana) are strictly prohibited on the premises. Any violation of this rule will lead to immediate removal with no refund Anyone displaying inappropriate behavior or appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be asked to leave the facility by management. We are a smoke-free venue including e-cigarettes. Loitering or solicitation on these premises or in the adjacent parking areas is strictly prohibited No running or rough play is permitted Participants must follow all attraction rules to prevent personal injury and/or property damage Access to all attractions/equipment is restricted to those who meet the minimum height/age requirements. We are committed to your satisfaction. If something does not meet your expectations, please speak with a manager. Prepaid game cards are non refundable but can be used at any time and do not expire. Reservations for attractions are refundable up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. There is a 50% cancellation fee for bookings cancelled without 48 hours’ notice. All Packages and Attraction Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets purchased for special events are only accepted for the date and time of the event. The resale of tickets without permission of management is strictly prohibited.

To play in our arcade game area, please see appropriate kiosks to obtain your game card. Once your card is loaded with credits, you’ll then be able to play any of the arcade games.
